The whole production process of Velcro products is basically as follows;
1. First, the loom passes the raw nylon yarn through the ribbon machine to create the shape of the embryonic belt.
2. Dye the embryo belt of semi-finished products into various colors by high-temperature dyeing equipment.
3. The suede embryo belt of the adhesive buckle belt is dyed first, and then the suede surface of the color embryo belt is brushed with curling wool by the raising machine equipment, and then sizing and shaping.
4. Hook surface refers to sizing and shaping the dyed embryo belt hook surface, and then cutting the nylon monofilament on the embryo belt surface evenly and appropriately through the imported hook cutting machine to form a hook adhesive embryo belt.
5. The embryo belt is finally divided into various specifications and widths by the imported slitting and warping equipment, and then cut off the required length and roll the finished products.
Physical properties of Velcro fastener;
Heat resistance: melting point: hook surface 230 ℃, rough surface 180 ℃; The hook surface begins to soften at 180 ℃, and melts at 215-220 ℃.
Cold resistance: it cannot be used below minus 30 ℃. Generally speaking, the lower the temperature is, the stronger the tensile force is, but the durability is reduced.
Humidity effect: when the humidity reaches 90% RH, the tension will be significantly reduced and can be completely recovered after drying.
