The production process of woven fastener belt is as follows: (1) first, the raw nylon filament is made into the shape of embryonic belt through the webbing machine; (2) Use high-temperature dyeing equipment to dye the embryo belt of semi-finished products into various colors; (3) The method of producing the wool surface of the glued belt is to dye the color first, then brush the surface of the colored embryo with wool by the raising machine, and then sizing and shaping; (4) Hook surface: the dyed embryo belt hook surface is starched and shaped, and then the nylon monofilament on the embryo belt surface is cut evenly and appropriately by the imported hook cutting machine, and the monofilament will form a hook adhesive embryo belt; (5) The embryonic belt of the adhesive belt is divided by the imported dividing equipment to form the required specifications (widths), and then cut to the required length; (6) After ultrasonic welding, the hook surface and rough surface of the finished fastener belt are punched according to the model required by the customer.
